JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate the activities of the Executive Office in general administrative duties and in matters pertaining to incoming and outgoing correspondences and visitors
- Assist and support Executive Office with the social media monitoring and correspondence, share it with relevant hotel departments as required
- Track and record the major follow-ups of the Hotel on behalf of Executive Office
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders and follow-ups of the Executive Office
- Act as the administrative and communication point of contact between the Executives and Internal/External Clients, Regional/Head Office Officers, and Asset Management/Owners Office Officers
- Get ready reports, introductions and updates as mentioned by the Leader Office
- Control approaching and active correspondence for the Leader Office and follow-up as required
- Require minutes of the Leader Office gatherings
- Arrange V.I.P reservations and direction the points of interest including welcome card, letter, and conveniences with the concerned divisions
- Coordinate the Chief Office travel and convenience prerequisites
- Regulate Chief Office routine cases
REQURIEMENTS
- Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant to General Manager or similar
- Is preferably with UAE experience and holds University Degree
- Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Has exemplary planning and time management skills
- Has superior attention to detail
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
