JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, depending on grade level, for electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior paint and decorating problems.
- Assist electrical & Mechanical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- Ensure to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
- Assist electrical & Mechanical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers, and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
- All of the hotel’s lamps need to be maintained and relit, and sockets need to be changed and repaired.
- helping with electrical wiring for motors, related equipment, installation of electrical outlets, and renovations.
- Provide electrical setups for conventions and displays, as well as upkeep for presentation-related electrical equipment.
- Help with updating the proper logs and performing preventative maintenance on all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Realizing that drain chemical pouring and FCU filter maintenance are monthly tasks.
- Help with shift engineers, general mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and other needs.
- Capacity to preserve documentation and information on all required systems, including work orders, preventive maintenance, fire panels, and business vehicles.
- Handle requisition orders and transmit documentation to the departments that are requesting and accounts payable.
- keeping track of and updating checklists for all required systems.
- Recognize basic GRMS issues and carry out basic system functions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Two years technical trade school or previous similar work experience.
- Administration experience would be an advantage.
