JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Maintain the established filling system with the greatest personal care and attention to details.
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Responsible for the typing, filing and upkeeping of all Private & Confidential matters related to the department.
  • Courteously handle all in-coming telephone calls or inquiries
