- Receives and responds to social media, email, WhatsApp chat, and phone inquiries from internal and external business and residential customers regarding a wide variety of matters. Supports company initiatives and promotions.
- Assess clients’ issues and offer rational, long-lasting solutions with the highest level of client satisfaction
- Inform clients on policies and procedures to make sure they get value out of the interaction.
- Make sure that complaints are followed up on within the allotted period.
- Increase client loyalty by responding to their social media queries.
- improves the client experience by helping with sales information and using upselling and cross-selling strategies. Encourage interest from clients in the company’s services or goods
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience working in a similar role
