JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the Food Division, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and competitor activities to enhance the online presence.
  • Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Use SEO tactics to make your products more visible and move them up in search results.
  • Work with the marketing team to run digital marketing efforts that bring people to e-commerce platforms, get them involved, and get them to buy something.
  • A lot of experience with paid campaigns and citrus ads Watch over and improve the general experience of customers on e-commerce platforms by responding quickly to their questions, concerns, and comments.
  • Put plans in place to make customers happier and more loyal.
  • Look at sales data and e-commerce numbers to find places where you can improve and put plans in place to make more sales online.
  • For a unified approach, work closely with the sales manager (Category Managers) to make sure that the online and offline plans are in sync.
  • Work with e-commerce partners and sellers to agree on terms, solve problems, and get the most out of each other’s benefits.
  • Find and look into new partnership options that will help food products reach more people.
  • Keep up with the latest e-commerce technologies and trends, and suggest and use tools that make online business run more smoothly.
  • Make regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and give management information that will help them make smart decisions.
  • To stay on top of industry trends, do study on the market and your competitors.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology.
