•     Give a warm welcome to each guest arriving and entering the hotel, with a smile and by name.
•    Bids a sincere farewell to each guest departing from the hotel and invites them to return, with a smile and by name if known.
•    Calls for taxis and open car doors for guests.
•    Assists guests with unloading and loading of luggage.
•    Assists and coordinates with the valet attendants to ensure a clean and free driveway.
•    Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

• Be polite and show people a warm welcome by opening the car door for them when they come in or leave through the main entrance.
• Leads people to the front desk to check in when they arrive, if possible.
• Manages and coordinates the traffic in front of the main door, making sure that no cars are parked there without permission.

• Helps Bell Attendants with their work when they need it.
• Keeps up-to-date on the facilities and services of Bab Al Shams Resort as well as those in Dubai and other Kerzner sites so that they can answer questions and concerns from guests.
• Writes down tasks on the right forms or in Log books as needed.
• Follows the hotel’s fire and emergency escape plans.
The person must follow the hotel’s rules for health, safety, and hygiene and keep up good personal hygiene. They must also show up on time for work every time wearing the right uniform and name tag.
• To always follow the Normal Operating Procedures for the section
• To talk about positive or negative feedback that comes directly from guests or through comment cards or other feedback methods, and to come up with ways to fix any service problems that might come up.
• To keep up with the competition in the local market, keep an eye on industry trends and let us know how you think they could be used in our resort.
• To come up with new ideas and look into new ways to do things or offer new services to our guests.
• To handle complaints, comments, problems, requests, and other incidents from guests in a professional and timely manner; to properly record all complaints and incidents; and to make sure that the (Assistant) Front Office Manager and other HoDs and Managers are fully informed about complaints and issues that pertain to their areas of responsibility.
• To fully understand the hotel’s credit policy and make sure that all Concierge staff members are also fully aware of it and always follow all of its rules.
The person working at the hotel must know all of its policies, procedures, and government rules and regulations. They must also always get along with the police and other local officials.



•     Completed Secondary School education
•     1 year in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
•    Basic computer knowledge
