JOB DESCRIPTION

- Control of documents
- Sharing of information
- Management of Collaboration Management System Software
- Maintenance of registers
- Support with internal and external stakeholder relations
- Compliance with standards and forms
- Preparation of relevant updates and reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or relevant technical diploma
- 4 years in a similar role involving document control and management, in a complex project environment
- Thinkproject – electronic document managment system implementation
REQURIEMENTS
- Ability to work effectively across the organization, including all business units
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of document management systems such as “Documentum” and “Oracle Primavera Contract Management”
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
