JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Document Management:
    • Maintain an organized and efficient document control system.
    • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and accessible to authorized personnel.
    • Manage the lifecycle of documents, from creation to archival, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Version Control:
    • Adopt and implement version control policies to prevent mistakes and inconsistencies.
    • To guarantee that every team member has access to the most recent and accurate versions of the documents, track and update document versions as needed.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • To guarantee document correctness and completeness, conduct audits on a regular basis.
    • Work together with project teams to ensure that documentation complies with industry norms and project requirements.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments to collect, organize, and distribute documents as needed.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders regarding document-related matters.
  5. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and best practices.
    • Serve as a resource for document-related inquiries, offering guidance and assistance when needed.
  6. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to document control.
    • Implement and maintain document control policies to mitigate risks and promote compliance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with document control software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
