JOB DESCRIPTION
- Register and transmit internal, vendor and client documentation for the project
- Check documentation to ensure that formats comply with company and client standards
- Archiving Project and Corporate Records, either hardcopy or electronically; and the identification, indexing, transfer, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of the records
- Ensure all project documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordingly
- Ensure all documentation is transmitted to the client as per client requirements and in an expedient manner
- Archiving and retrieval of historical documentation
- Quality check of all Documentation before giving/communicating to client
- Answerable for the treatment of solicitations for new Report numbers/printed copy documentation
- Checking, printing and duplicating of venture documentation
- Cycle and record precisely all specialized documentation as per concurred methodology
- Guarantee that printed version and electronic record documents as required are kept in great control to follow QA prerequisites
- Run record control reports (if accessible and expected) from the applied organization or venture archive control framework
- Guarantee record the board strategies fulfill venture, client and administrative prerequisites
- Autonomously handle all parts of Venture documentation using different archive control rehearses and Electronic Record The board Frameworks (EDMS)
- Screen progress of in – house and Client audits of specialized information
- Add to aggregation of definite undertaking dossiers, as fabricated portfolios and chronicling
- Lay out an efficient and extensive Undertaking Recording Framework
- Produce special case reports, remark late reports and some other reports for Task The board survey
REQURIEMENTS
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
- Minimum of 5 years proven capability in an engineering design company
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SharePoint / Documentum / ProjectWise or similar electronic document management system
- Knowledge of Adobe
- Communication skills – both written and verbal
- Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, database applications and electronic data management systems
