JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
- Create sales materials, such as presentations, and other relevant items.
- Make sure all documents are filled out correctly, indexed, and sent to the opposing team.
- To guarantee prompt processing, keep an eye on the flow of papers and follow their development.
- Uphold document databases and guarantee the security and integrity of the data.
- Give the sales staff assistance and training on document control procedures and systems.
- Verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance by conducting routine audits and responding to compliance teams.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in real estate developers sales documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of sales CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English Language Fluency.
