JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs mid-volume information passage (normal: 4,001 to 8,000 keystrokes each hour).
- Performs fundamental administration of electronic documents (i.e., print, duplicate, move and erase).
- Gets to data from a PC or potentially keeps a PC data set.
- Enters information for envelopes, marks, structure letters and correspondence.
- Configurations and produce archives.
- Works with numbers (i.e., add, deduct, increase and gap).
- Identifies and right blunders.
- Utilizes word handling, calculation sheet, data set or other programming on a PC.
REQURIEMENTS
- Can use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.).
- Background in data entry (especially in CPG companies)
- Preferably knowledge with manufacturing or R&D formulations
- Has the ability to follow instructions.
- MS Excel experience (intermediate level)
