- Data Entry and Validation:
- Accurately enter financial and client information into the database.
- Perform regular data validation checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Documentation Management:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents related to client accounts and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulations.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve data quality issues promptly.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Effectively communicate with other departments to obtain the data entry-related information you need.
- Work together as a team to increase productivity and expedite data entry procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial or consultancy sector is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of financial terminology and concepts.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
