JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as typing, mailing, filing, and faxing for department.
  • Compiles and arranges data into the departmental coding system, SharePoint sites, SCMS and ACMS
  • Processes and codes documents.
  • Detects errors by the use of verifying procedures and make changes as instructed.
  • Observe Standard Operating Procedures for maintaining files (SOP).

     

  • As needed, offer the department any support you can with document management.

     

  • Carry out any additional relevant responsibilities that senior management assigns to the role.

     

  • Arrange and gather documentation related to supplier registration for examination.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in office administration.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in working in a customer oriented professional environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in Microsoft systems, outlook, word, excel.
  • SAP, Maximo or similar purchasing system experience preferred.
