JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Enter and update client information, financial data, and other relevant records into databases and software systems.
  • Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize and take care of both computer and paper filing systems so that information is easy to find.
  • As needed, help put together reports, spreadsheets, and slideshows.
  • Work with your team members to make sure that projects and jobs are finished on time.
  • Always keep private information secret and make sure it is correct.
  • Follow the rules, policies, and high standards set by the company.
  • Help with special projects and other administrative chores as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax or financial terminology (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required).
