JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Manage and maintain the Isams and Isams Client system
•    Provide training for staff on Isams and Isams Client
•    Update class locations
•    Update class lists on Isams for option changes and new students.
•    Maintain option lists of new students
•    Upload ESIS data entries

• Maintaining Blackboard, which includes adding cover, changing teachers, archiving and deleting courses that aren’t in use, and transferring students between courses.
• Establishing fresh Blackboard courses
• Referencing Blackboard and Isams together
• Share with SLT, Head of Departments, and Head of Year the analysis of achievement data (numbers/targets) every half term.
• Gather all the information on the academic performance, attendance, and mental health of the students in order to plan impact sheets and submit them into Engage.
• Information on attendance for ALDAR and ESIS.
• Create fresh T&L continua for each employee, if applicable.

• The department head’s continua should be updated. The whole school continuum analysis should be updated with all staff continua each term. The analysis of continua for each department should be updated on a termly basis.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications

•    ‘A’ Level/NVQ/High School Certificate (will need to be attested)

Minimum Experience 

•    At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role in the region.
•    Previous experience in the Education sector is preferable.

 

REQUIREMENTS

•    Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
•    Advanced Excel abilities (E.g. organizing and formatting raw date, table creation, index, match, vlookup, vba, macros, dashboard creating)
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Excellent office management skills
•    Proficient in operating PC, Facsimile, Photocopier, Telex, and various office machines, including working knowledge of prevailing popular application software and spreadsheets.
•    A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life Multitasking
•    Prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines and Multitasking
•    Initiative
•    A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
