JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.
  • Take care of customer complaints and, if necessary, report complicated problems to the right department or boss.
  • Take care of orders, returns, and swaps, and make sure problems are fixed and followed up on on time.
  • Keep records on customers and make changes to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system as needed.

     

  • Keep an eye on how satisfied your customers are and ask for feedback to find ways to make things better.
  • Work with other groups, like sales, marketing, and operations, to make sure that the customer experience is smooth.
  • Help come up with and follow through with customer service policies, processes, and standards.
  • To give customers correct and up-to-date information, you should keep your knowledge of products and business policies up to date.
  • Do any other projects and jobs that the Customer Support Manager gives you.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
