JOB DESCRIPTION
- Go about as the immediate and primary concern of contact with customers, clients, transporters, and inside activities.
- Oversee high volume of inbound and outbound call and email requests and subsequent meet-ups.
- Process new demands, citations, appointments, solicitations, and so forth.
- Plan outbound and inbound shipments and update input and complete cargo documentation.
- Give updates to clients in regards to shipments, orders, and so on by means of email or verbal call.
- Help with the interchanges with transporters when issues emerge.
- Give proposals and substitute answers for help and meet client necessities.
- Arrange and submit precise, customary and convenient reports as mentioned.
- Keep correspondence streaming with the clients to guarantee most noteworthy client care.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Service professional in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Experience and background in SAP/Oracle system.
