JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organization of Citation process for Clients – explicitly getting total information, planning evaluating and conveyance conditions
- Organization of Deals orders for Clients – explicitly zeroing in on rightness and clear determination
- Organization of buying in requested cases
- Organization of shipment as well as invoicing records in requested cases
- Support of Client Masterdata
- Coordination and correspondence with other supporting division, clients as well as providers
- Organization of Protests from Client
- Obligation regarding culmination and accuracy of kept up with information
- Obligation regarding following estimating, conveyance, installment, and other common guidelines
- Upkeep of Material masterdata
- Getting ready of information for division reports or characterized reports itself
- Handling of everyday requests and undertakings given by CS director
REQURIEMENTS
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage
- Demonstrated strong Service results in similar industry environment
- ERP knowledge (SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC),
- Basic understanding of Commercial, legal and Trading rules/laws
- At least 5 years in Customer Service administration
