JOB DESCRIPTION
- Schedules customers’ service appointments requests
- share Schedules with service advisors for effective & efficient customer service.
- Attends customers’ upon arrival to reception area and greet them with smile as a part of customer care steps.
- Inspect customers’ vehicles (scratches, dents or any remarks) in their attendance to fill the check list sheet, which in turn, shall be acknowledged & signed by the customer.
- Performs some service advisors and clerical works to utilize their time serving more customers the best way.
- Attends Service Advisors’ training programs to improve skills and competencies.
- Acts as a service advisor whenever shortfall takes place at reception.
REQURIEMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English
- additional Arabic language is preferred
- Smart Appearance
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School graduated or educational courses related to customer service.
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service (preferred with any Automotive Agency/Dealer)
