Customer Service Coordinator Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedules customers’ service appointments requests
  • share Schedules with service advisors for effective & efficient customer service.
  • Attends customers’ upon arrival to reception area and greet them with smile as a part of customer care steps.
  • Inspect customers’ vehicles (scratches, dents or any remarks) in their attendance to fill the check list sheet, which in turn, shall be acknowledged & signed by the customer.
  • Performs some service advisors and  clerical works to utilize their time serving more customers the best way.
  • Attends Service Advisors’ training programs to improve skills and  competencies.
  • Acts as a service advisor whenever shortfall takes place at reception.

REQURIEMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • additional Arabic language is preferred
  • Smart Appearance

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School graduated or educational courses related to customer service. 
  • 1 to 2 years experience in customer service (preferred with any Automotive Agency/Dealer)
