JOB DESCRIPTION
- Arrangement of occupation citations, including coding and estimating, collaborating with applicable Project supervisor and affiliated businesses.
- Support outer outreach group with explicit client account data,
- Systems administration and correspondence with clients, specialists, and other JC tasks.
- Survey clients enquiries and orders
- Following up and observing of inner request handling and conveyance execution.
- Help finance in settling installment issues if there should be an occurrence of item disparities.
- Utilization of SAP, C4C business framework and its applicable modules.
- Work with different offices to speed up the assistance to clients.
- Plan warnings for non-compliances.
- Survey LOC for business agreements.
- Guarantees quality and wellbeing inside capabilities/assignments performed without anyone else/herself and staff answering to him/her
- Answerable for practicing an expected level of investment towards wellbeing and security of self and others inside the association
- Guarantees consistence with the relevant HSE guidelines, prerequisites, regulations and guidelines got from clients, administrative and legal bodies.
REQURIEMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in similar field is preferred
- more than 2 years of professional experience in sales or commercial administration in particular handling export and shipping documents and LOCs.
- Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system
- Product knowledge or ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.
- Excellent MS Office background
- English preferred
- Speaking in Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
