  •  Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.
  •  Manages a variety of customer interactions, such as incoming calls, general product questions, complaints, order input, and account maintenance.
  •  Works with other departments and service providers to identify and resolve problems, find and implement solutions; uses service measurement systems to track progress; identifies areas for continuous improvement efforts to improve operations and communications; works to advance knowledge in important service areas; produces simple reports and moderate analysis
  •  Responds to moderately complex consumer complaints and questions about things like product returns and exchanges, price disputes, product promotions, product locations, etc. and makes recommendations for departmental improvements.


  •  B.A. in Business Administration or its equivalent
  •  3 years of experience in export and customer service operations



• Basic knowledge Customer Service Theories & practices within Customer Service (such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics).
• Fair knowledge of Letter of Credit & incoterms
• Makes continuous progress to achieve required level of tech/process/systems knowledge.
• Develops knowledge of assigned area of responsibility including product and market detail and Client structure, organization, and business.
