  •  The executives of the client with regards to correspondence, invoicing, issuance of credit and Charge notes, different issues connected with the exercises of business support.
  •  Complete client request cycle the board
  •  Contacts and relations with the MDCs to get data on time, merchandise conveyances, valuing, charging.
  •  Support in outer and inner review
  •  Maintenance of Client ace records and other helpful documents
  •  Co-activity with outreach group
  • Guarantee on-time conveyance of client orders
  • Help with SCM projects with clients and providers
  •  Close correspondence with outsider Coordinated factors supplier
  •  Any extra activities/undertakings from the administration, as required
  •  Client grumbling administration
  •  Office The board support
  •  Back up for calculated organizer during downtime



  •   Studies of business administration or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience
  •   3+ years of relevant work experience
  •   Medium experience in logistic processes in the supply chain
  •   Excellent communicator/influencing skills
  •   Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  •   Ability to get the job done (attention to detail, decisiveness and organization and planning ability
  •  Ability to work with others to get job done (communication/influencing skills, team working skills/customer focus)
  •   Fluency in and English (written and spoken),
  •   Skillful handling of MS office applications
