JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers, provide them with details on Emirates tariff fares and actively issue online tickets and sell related products.
  • Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service.
  • Emphasize to clients the legal requirements pertaining to their travel, including those for a passport, visa, and health insurance, as well as other specifics like the check-in location and time.
  • Increase Emirates’ revenue revenues by giving customers choices for all goods and services, including hotel reservations, DBB, Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, and enhanced tickets.

     

  • Engage in proactive ideation and offer suggestions for enhancing the quality of the services rendered to Emirates in order to secure the airline’s position as a market leader and boost revenue.
  • Make sure that all required ticket-related paperwork is filed, that timetables are updated, and that brochures, sales, and promotional materials are appropriately displayed on each counter to give customers a variety of options and help boost sales. (Only at ticketing offices and reservations).
  • Assist the team leader for customer sales and service in closing the day’s sales and depositing the money that was collected in the bank. Make an effort to compile a database of all possible clients, and then establish a personal connection with them by notifying them about new services on a sporadic basis. As a result, clients will always come to the agent for their travel needs. Ticket offices and reservations only.
  • Answer questions about the import and export of cargo from the moment of quote to the reservation made by clients and agencies. Give customers system support so they may use our website to self-service their needs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years schooling or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy sales team environment.
  • PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.
  • Knowledge of contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.
  • Standard Fares and ticketing courses, Skywards and MARS reservations systems
