JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing top-notch customer support through calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  • Actively listen to customers’ queries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Engage customers in delightful conversations, building rapport and trust through your friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Follow up on all open cases, including but not limited to operational, technical, payment, and package-related questions from customers.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to escalate complicated problems and make sure they are resolved quickly.

     

  • Keep thorough and precise records of all communications with customers, making sure the data is easily available for future use.
  • Upon consumer interest, upsell the membership offering (inbound or outbound).
  • Cross-sell our Buy4me product to customers (incoming and outgoing) as needed.
  • Track the orders’ last-mile status and make sure the deliveries are made on schedule.
  • Make sure you update the Salesforce system with the delivery status.

  • You are an expert in handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  • You are passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills promptly.
