JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage Order-to-Cash for assigned global distributors; Process orders and organize shipments including requesting export documentation to deliver required products in time
- Ensure all shipments meet customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging and transportation while meeting the forwarder cut-off times.’
- Develop a solid rapport with clients and internal partners, such as the teams in charge of operations, planning, commercial, and finance. Support business unit managers and the regional sales force.
- Play the role of a spider in the web, taking the required steps in close coordination with various departments around the world to ensure efficient order processing and top-notch customer support.
- Assist in consistently enhancing customer service and promoting customer happiness.
- Respond to specific questions and requests from customers and communicate with internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them updated on the progress of orders and the process.
- Continue to administer in an accurate and current manner.
- Participate as a team player to advance departmental goals.
- Handle service incidents and product complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- Education level: Bachelor (MBO+/HBO)
- Customer Centric mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multiyear experience in the area of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash process
- Experience with SAP and Excel
Nice to have:
- Experience in handling Letter of Credit requirements
- Experience in export services and logistics
- Experience with Salesforce.com/Service Cloud
- Experience in MedTech industry
