JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Address client concerns via chat, email, and phone support.
  • Keep the database’s client records up to date.
  • To guarantee client retention and happiness, follow up on conversations.
  • Work together with internal teams to resolve issues pertaining to technology and services.
  • Determine difficult concerns and forward them to the relevant department.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
