JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address client concerns via chat, email, and phone support.
- Keep the database’s client records up to date.
- To guarantee client retention and happiness, follow up on conversations.
- Work together with internal teams to resolve issues pertaining to technology and services.
- Determine difficult concerns and forward them to the relevant department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
