JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.’

- Handle client accounts, process orders, and maintain correct documentation.
- To guarantee client retention and satisfaction, follow up with them.
- Work together with internal teams to improve service quality and respond to consumer feedback.
- Look for chances to cross-sell or upsell goods and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
