JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide highly personalized solutions to their inquiries of customers
- Ensure that their client accounts are up to date, in terms of invoicing and payment.
- This is a junior role with potential for scope for immense development.
- Work with a team that drives the customer experience and where standards are set to exceed expectations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.
- Experience in client invoicing and payment.
REQURIEMENTS
- Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.
- Time-oriented
- Result driven,
- Creative thinking to problem solve.
- Like interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email.
- Excellent written and fluent verbal English is a must.
- Customer care or Service background mandatory. Operations background is a bonus.
- Willing to work shifts, 6 days a week on site.
