JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible to oversee different kinds of contacts: alert calls, test calls, client calls including callouts and case enrollments, outbound calls, and specialist calls, callouts from client call to dispatch, and shutting the case.
- Distinguish security circumstances and oversee them by giving satisfactory wellbeing directions as portrayed in the worldwide wellbeing systems. Client Care Specialist shows compassion, knows about client sentiments in such circumstances, and gives satisfactory security guidance to quiet the traveler.
- Support bosses in circling back to open callouts and ensuring that experts back-report open positions.
- Associating the client to the perfect individual in the KONE association, in the event of any solicitation not connected with impromptu upkeep.
- Inbound and Outbound call handling
- Receive and resolve queries and complaints and communicate resolution to customers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
