- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining and organizing culinary department records, which may include recipes, inventory lists, supplier information, and employee records.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between the culinary department and other hotel departments, as well as external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Correspondence: Dealing with approaching and active correspondence, for example, messages, calls, and reminders, for benefit of the culinary group.
- Occasion Arranging: Helping with the preparation and coordination of culinary occasions, advancements, and extraordinary capabilities inside the lodging.
- Information Passage and Detailing: Entering information into PC frameworks, creating reports, and giving applicable data to the board depending on the situation.
- Keeping up with Workplace: Guaranteeing the kitchen and culinary office regions are coordinated, clean, and all around kept up with.
- Help to Culinary experts: Offering help to the gourmet specialists in assignments like recipe planning, obtaining fixings, and organizing kitchen activities
