JOB DESCRIPTION

– Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
– Take customer orders and process payments accurately
– Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards

– Assure the dining area and service counters are neat and clean; – Help maintain stock levels and replenish items as needed

– Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations\

– Work with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment; – Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints

– Help reach sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling techniques

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or QSR industry
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
– Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
– A valid food handling certificate is preferred
