JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the establishment.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and services, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Help with basic food preparation, such as assembling trays, plating food, or refilling drink stations; make sure that all items, such as condiments, utensils, and napkins, are stocked and ready for service; keep the dining room, kitchen, and service areas clean; dispose of waste, clean dishes, and make sure that trash is disposed of properly in accordance with health and safety regulations; work closely with other crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service; assist other F&B staff in a variety of roles, including dishwashing, replenishing supplies, and helping with event

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food and beverage service (required).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Good understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
