JOB DESCRIPTION

  • All incoming calls are handled and directed swiftly and in a polite and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with security colleagues in reception seamlessly and share duties when required
  • Always maintain professional attire
  • Register and arrange passes for tenant and HSBC visitors (including parking)
  • Support with other tenant requests through Tower reception mailbox, luggage storage, facilities related work orders etc.
  • Accurate time management and adhering to office hours
  • Where appropriate, ensure that clients and customers receive refreshments on Level 5 and 20.

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Proficient in email
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to advise and support colleagues, external clients and visitors on Tower services and processes such as visitor access, deliveries, mail.
  • Friendly welcoming service style
  • Promote positive behavior at all times.
  • Be Punctual and flexible to support with team challenges
  • Active listening and time management skills
