JOB DESCRIPTION
- All incoming calls are handled and directed swiftly and in a polite and friendly manner
- Collaborate with security colleagues in reception seamlessly and share duties when required
- Always maintain professional attire
- Register and arrange passes for tenant and HSBC visitors (including parking)
- Support with other tenant requests through Tower reception mailbox, luggage storage, facilities related work orders etc.
- Accurate time management and adhering to office hours
- Where appropriate, ensure that clients and customers receive refreshments on Level 5 and 20.
REQURIEMENTS
- Proficient in email
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to advise and support colleagues, external clients and visitors on Tower services and processes such as visitor access, deliveries, mail.
- Friendly welcoming service style
