JOB DESCRIPTION
Communication and Marketing
- Distribute brochures
- Conduct parent tours that lead to enrolment
- Provide initial brief about school concept to prospective parents on the phone and in-person;
- refer serious parents to Director for further information
- Address queries from existing parents
- Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Taking and collecting photographs and videos and developing content in-line with the communication strategy
Front Office
- Receive incoming telephone calls & redirect as necessary
- Screen visitors in-line with the security policy
- Adhere to guest registration procedures
- Welcome visitors & parents
- Call the appropriate people to assist them
- Confirm all appointments, meetings & cancellations as necessary
- Schedule after school activities
- Organize internal events
- Answer all parent queries within 24 hours
- Maintain Call Log
- Maintain Visitors book
REQURIEMENTS
- Spoken & Written fluency in English
- Flexible
- Capable of multitasking
- Able to work under pressure
- Highly organized
- Good problem solving skills
