JOB DESCRIPTION
Incoming calls must be answered, calls must be routed to the proper departments or guest rooms, and hotel visitors must be informed and assisted by the Connectivity Center Agent. Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a sincere desire to serve and help customers, are essential for the position. They must be well-organized, industrious, dynamic, constantly presentable, have a strong sense of urgency, and perform well under pressure. Through anticipation, inventiveness, accuracy, compassion, and warmth, they will be in charge of making guests happy and making sure that every element of their stay is customized to surpass their expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year of experience in guest services or a similar role in a luxury hotel. Guest drive, team player, flawless communicator, passionate, well organized, details oriented. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, German, or Mandarin.
