JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and co-ordinate all activities with various departments and patients and their attendants.
  • Responsible for supervising, preparation of duty schedule, daily assignment, and other administrative task
  • Make, change, or coordinate appointments for patients via email or telephone according to the coordination of care procedures and confirming the appointments of the next day.
  • Actively manage patient complaints
  • Makes changes in staff as needed to accommodate patient volume.
  • Supervise the workflow within the clinic including patient registration.
  • In charge of evaluating staff success and making sure that ongoing training and development programs are in place for staff
  • Oversees and runs the facility’s patient lead/call center system and sends daily or weekly reports to the Branch Manager as needed.
  • Take care of the front desk practice’s mail and paperwork.
  • Keep an eye on all of the receptionists and ask them questions.
  • Make sure that employees follow the rules and policies of the company.
  • Try to get the most trips to the clinic possible.
  • Talk to the patient and their caretakers and ask for feedback about the clinic visits, stay, and care. Write down this information so that it can be used for review.
  • Help fix problems and look into things when needed.
  • Take extra care of any VIP patients and let the Branch Manager know what’s going on.
  • Improve the facility’s reputation and get the word out about it.
  • Serve as a go-between for the customer, the doctor, and the office staff.
  • You should describe the services you offer and how they should be used.
  • The lobby, office, concierge, and hospital/clinic entrance are inspected often to make sure they are clean and well-run.
  • Respond quickly to a patient’s complaint, write it down, and ask the department head for help if the problem can’t be fixed within the department.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Suitable Graduation Degree
  • Master Degree in Hospital Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar field with at least 2 years in a similar position

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexible and open minded approach
  • Adequate knowledge of computer applications (i.e. word, excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deal with complaints in professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytic skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Good time management skills
