JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You will ensure the completeness and accuracy of income from all sources (front office, F&B outlets, retail, marine & waterpark, etc.) daily.
  • You will also assist the Manager, Income Audit to ensure all forms of adjustments including rebates, voids, allowances and complimentary are appropriately supported and approved in a timely manner
  • assist with analysing trends and identifying and investigating unusual transactions.
  • You will have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with different departments within the Resort.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years’ experience within an Income Audit team within the hospitality industry.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and managing demanding deadlines is essential to be successful in this role.
