JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the coordination of the Housekeeping department is monitored and kept updated via notice boards, standard reports, verbal and written communication to the respective areas as per resort standards. Ensuring all requests to the Housekeeping department is handled in an efficient and in timely manner.
- Constantly monitor and update room status, discrepancies and maintenance.
- Ensure to notify concerned parties of any hold ups in turnover of rooms which could adversely affect the Guest experience.
REQURIEMENTS
- previous experience in a similar role in Housekeeping.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong administrative abilities to perform various administrative tasks across a large scope of operations.
