JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the coordination of the Housekeeping department is monitored and kept updated via notice boards, standard reports, verbal and written communication to the respective areas as per resort standards.
- Ensuring all requests to the Housekeeping department is handled in an efficient and in timely manner.
- Constantly monitor and update room status, discrepancies and maintenance.
- Ensure to notify concerned parties of any hold ups in turnover of rooms which could adversely affect the Guest experience.
REQURIEMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role in Housekeeping.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong administrative abilities.
