JOB DESCRIPTION

• Scan items, register sales, and process transactions using the required mode of payment.
• Communicate proper rates and denominations of currencies to customers.
• Conduct security checks for currency when necessary.
• Deliver first-rate customer service at all times by helping clients in a prompt, courteous manner.
• The currency unit should be installed, maintained, and returned at the end of each day.
• assume all accountability for ensuring the safety of their assigned counter, money, and other valuables.
• Make sure the cash counter always has bags, card readers, and stationery.
• Observe the procedures for cash reconciliation, opening, and closing.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• High attention to detail.
