JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accepts Payments in Cash, Credit, or Alternative Forms and provides customers with Accurate Change.
- Counts money in the Cash Register at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure Correct Amounts, adhering to the highest standards of Transparency and Accountability.
- Implements proper procedures for Cash Handling, including Deposits and Reconciliations, to ensure a stable financial environment.
- Offers Guests a “FIVE-Styled” Experience by Being Attentive, Answering Questions, and Professionally Resolving Problems.
- Keeps up to date on our products and services so that they can answer questions from guests and easily upsell or cross-sell goods.
- follows business policies while handling exchanges or returns.
- demonstrates painstaking attention to detail by accurately recording and validating all discounts, complimentary items, and voided checks.
- keeps a close eye on outlet operations to make sure all orders are processed quickly and accurately in the POS system before being given to guests.
- keeps the check-out area continuously organized and clean, reflecting the “Vibe at FIVE” at all times.
- Encourages cooperation between other “FIVERs” to guarantee the outlet’s seamless operations, exhibiting a dedication to excellence and being a vital member of our FIVE Tribe.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record in a Cashier or Customer Service Role and a High School Diploma or equivalent Qualification are preferred.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
- Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
- Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to oversee busy operations and deliver accurate billings.
