JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Employ active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations with a strong command of language skills, including proficiency in both English written and spoken.
  • Effectively communicate complex information about products, services, and contractual details in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness to handle various customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve client concerns quickly by elevating them to the proper channels as needed.
  • To give clients accurate and current information, stay abreast of corporate policies, product developments, and industry trends.
  • Prioritize and manage several projects effectively, keeping internal goals and consumer needs in check.
  • To reach your sales goals, proactively seek out chances to cross- or upsell other goods and services.
  • Work well as a team to ensure that sales transactions are completed successfully and that client satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Respect predetermined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), striving to meet and surpass objectives.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
  • Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in administration roles.
  • Exhibit proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFER Language B2 level.
  • Showcase strong skills in IT, including database management and Excel.
