Operator, Call Center Job in Dubai UAE

In your role as a call center operator, you will be in charge of efficiently managing calls, emails, and any other form of communication from internal or external clients and associates regarding reservations for hotel goods and services, guest feedback, and complaints, all while adhering to strict call guidelines and providing consistently high-quality service. You will make sure that all communications are courteous, personalized, pleasant, and considerate in order to meet the company’s leadership’s established business objectives and satisfy guests.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience. Impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude, paying attention to details, and being passionate about customer service are essential. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
