JOB DESCRIPTION

▪ Provide excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls within the quality guidelines

▪ Handling and resolving customer complaints to customer satisfaction within the defined authority limits and to escalate as per process

▪ Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

▪ Assure the quality of incoming and outgoing calls by meeting predetermined goals for customer satisfaction and service standards. 2.

▪ Support the company by creating new leads and prospects and by upselling all kinds of FAB items.

▪ Updates customer history through service requests, complaints, and notes in order to maintain customer records.

Preserve the privacy of the bank’s clients and information.

▪ Verify that the company complies with local laws and regulations as well as the Bank’s policies and standards.

▪ Complete any unique assignments given by managers and the team leader.

In order to achieve all specified Service Level and Abandoned rates, show flexibility in adhering to your planned/scheduled shifts as well as on call/unplanned shifts according to the floor scenario.

Assure self-discipline, compliance with the Center’s regulations and procedures, and punctuality.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

▪ High School

Minimum Experience:

▪ 0 – 2 years relevant experience in banking sector

REQUIREMENTS

▪ Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills

▪ Excellent communication skill in English & Arabic

Additional Information

▪ Should hold a Valid UAE Family book (Mandatory).
