Call Center Agent – Inbound – Part Time Job in UAE

  1. Handles customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a positive effective manner whilst ensuring company’s branding and corporate image are reflected in a positive manner and as per approved quality standards.
  2. Responds to customers’ incoming calls pertaining to all kinds of enquiries, requests, and complaints timely and accurately to reflect a positive image of the company.
  3. Provides accurate information about the company’s products and services; processes travel bookings, modifications and cancellations on reservations.
  4. takes care of different kinds of customer issues, finds problems, ranks them by how hard they are, and fixes them right away.
  5. As needed, takes complaints to the right people in the Contact Center or any other section and makes sure that the right steps are taken.
  6. Cross-sells the company’s goods and services by promoting things like extras, holiday packages, loyalty programs, and so on. Makes sure monthly goals are met, which increases sales and income.
  7. As needed, transfers lead calls to Contact Center sales agents and field sales agents. Also, checks in with customers to make sure their questions were answered properly.
  8. Shows a deep understanding of the core activities and functions of the contact center and assists the team in their daily tasks to ensure the highest levels of productivity, flexibility, and teamwork.
  9. Makes sure that all of the performance measures that are important for keeping customers happy are met, such as the agreed upon levels of service, quality, and productivity.
  10. Shows they are willing to learn new projects and methods that will improve the general performance and work with others to do so.
  11. Does any other tasks that the Line Manager or Supervisor tells them to do.



  • High School/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Good in English & Arabic Languages; (Non-Arabic speakers to be considered based on Line Manager’s approval only).
  • No hearing or articulatory problems
