JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support the smooth running of the department, where all aspects of the guest’s Food & Beverage service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way!
- Supervise all service personnel
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of all F&B issues as they arise
- Guarantee all staff are satisfying all settled guidelines of administration through progressing and intermittent preparation frameworks concurring with the supervisor order and cutoff times
- Screen and test administration abilities of staff, retrain and build up all norms on food and quality and administration subtleties day to day. Give criticism and evaluations, as the need might arise
- Guarantee consistence with setting SOPs
- Guarantee compelling interchanges between each shift
- Direct the help region to draw in, hold, and rouse each representative

REQURIEMENTS
- Previous Cafe Supervisor experience of 2-3 years is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
