JOB DESCRIPTION
- To source New to Bank Personal Finance product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
- To prepare & maintain DSR (Daily Sales Report) for the entire visited customers & company visits.
- Build and preserve positive relationships with all the companies and people that the firm sources from.
- To visit prospective businesses or institutions, complete business transactions in the allotted time frame in accordance with ADIB policy and procedure, and provide RSS with feedback.
- complete awareness of product information and constant use of it.
- Provide the customers with a rapid and efficient service.
- Respect the designated office hours, adhere to confidentiality guidelines, protect the privacy of data, and present yourself well.
- By the end of the business day, the relevant Branch Manager should receive the DSR with all pertinent information.
- We’ll keep an eye out for the aforementioned, and noncompliance will get worse.
REQUIREMENTS
- Broad knowledge of ADIB’s PF and other RBG products & services.
- Fair knowledge of service standards, Sales skills and Computer skills.
- Good Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
- Thorough Knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE
- General awareness of competitors in the local market.
