JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide strong leadership and direction to branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction y resolving escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
• Promote bank goods and services and look for cross-selling opportunities as part of branch sales activities to reach or surpass revenue goals.
• Effectively oversee branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• To increase productivity, hire, train, and develop branch employees while performing frequent performance reviews and offering coaching and feedback.
• To reduce operational and financial risk, make sure that all bank rules, processes, and regulations are followed.
• To promote branch expansion and profitability, cultivate and preserve relationships with both current and potential customers.
• Create and evaluate branch performance reports, noting areas that require improvement and carrying out appropriate action plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Holds diploma/ bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail banking with 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge on banking products and services.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data.
