JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee sales activities, including customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations related to HR, sales, and business operations.
• Develop and execute effective business strategies and marketing plans to boost sales and market presence.
• Lead and support the sales team, providing training and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely vehicle procurement.
• Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and record-keeping.
• Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
• Develop enduring bonds with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Remain up to date on market trends, rivalry, and industry advancements.
• Manage all local activities, such as auto services, parts suppliers, subcontractor management, and vehicle logistics.
• Participate in events and exhibitions and make sure trade regulations are followed.
• Engage in commercial discussions and cultivate a network of nearby clients.
• Oversee every facet of the company canvas to guarantee effective and profitable operations.
• Track sales, customer relations, and inventories with ease with CRM software.
• Manage a variety of contracts, including ownership transfers, and handle banking transactions.
• Adhere to RTA guidelines and keep up of regional financial and operational requirements.
• Write and submit in English weekly and monthly reports on all local activities to the board of directors.
• Consider upcoming business prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills.
• Must have resided in the UAE for at least the past 6 years.
• Proven experience in managing business operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to HR, sales, and business operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for classic and vintage cars with an understanding of their unique market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Experience handling banking transactions and various types of contracts.
• Knowledge of RTA rules and local financial and operational regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for competitor analysis and strategic planning.
• Innovative, creative, and adept at problem-solving.
• Additional language skills would be a plus.
