JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Support the GM with market insights, analyze KPIs,develop strategies for sales and product performance
• Oversee the operations of every studio, enforce rules, keep an eye on product availability, hygiene, and stock supply.
• Set an example, assist the group in trying times, mentor for achieving KPIs, and guarantee outstanding client satisfaction by interacting directly with clients, analyzing their feedback, and promptly resolving any issues. Encourage and uplift the group.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

REQUIREMENTS

•  Open to Arabic, CIS and Western nationalities
•  Female, 45 years old and below
•  Bachelor’s degree in any field
•  Minimum 2 years as Operations Manager or Branch Manager
•  Preferably with valid UAE driving license
