JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and generate accurate invoices for services or products rendered to clients and customers.
  • Billing Review: Scrutinize invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and client contracts.
  • Client Communication: Address client inquiries and promptly and professionally resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Organize your records: Keep track of all invoices, payments, and paperwork pertaining to billing.
  • Billing Cycles: Make sure that bills are handled and sent out in accordance with scheduled billing cycles.
  • Reporting: As asked by management, prepare regular reports on billing-related actions.

     

  • Process Improvement: To increase efficiency and accuracy, find ways to improve and streamline the billing process.

     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: To successfully handle billing-related concerns, cooperate with other departments.

     

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 3+ years of related work experience.

 

REQURIEMENTS

Proficient PC skills, including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
