JOB DESCRIPTION
- Resolving internal and external invoice queries
- Establishing good relations with both legal teams, the wider finance teams and external vendors
- Supporting the operational billing for an allocated office/team
- Ensure bills are being raised accurately and efficiently
- Control the progression of charging reliably consistently, guarantee all billable issues are raised as and when they are free for the groups to hit their month to month targets
- Raising charging issues to chiefs/accomplices sooner rather than later with ideas in how the groups can decrease blunders going ahead
- Supporting the Case group with preparing according to a money point of view corresponding to charging processes and inquiry the board/counteraction
- Inspecting and refreshing charging conventions either straightforwardly or by means of client administrations group
- Working with the business to recommend, support and start change/s through process improvement and observing
- Supporting the Chiefs, Group Leads and Senior Charging Organizers with any impromptu undertakings connecting with the review of in progress cases
